Abstract

A frequency-locking cavity enhanced Raman spectrometer for simultaneous gases analysis was developed. Minimum detection limit of CH4, C2H4, C2H2, C2H6, H2, CO and CO2 was 8.25, 15.50, 25.78, 14.65, 37.83, 65.12 and 44.30 (μL/L), respectively.
