Terahertz microfluidic chip sensitivity-enhanced with a few arrays of meta atoms

Abstract

We developed a terahertz microfluidic chip with a few arrays of split ring resonators. The obtained resonance spectrum shows the high-sensitive frequency shift to detect femtomol of solutes in sub nanoliter of solution.
