Laser-emission Based Microscopy for Cancer Diagnosis

Abstract

We developed scanning laser-emission microscopy capable of mapping lasing emission from nuclear biomarkers in frozen and paraffin-embedded tissues, which may open a new field in bioimaging with unprecedented contrast for cancer diagnosis and cell biology.
