Latency Constrained Dynamic Routing in Optical Transport Networks for Smart Grid

Abstract

We propose a latency constrained dynamic routing algorithm in optical transport networks for smart grid systems. We also reveal the influence of spectrum slot size on traffic latency and blocking probability in grid communication networks.
