Abstract

Analysis of the contrast in laser speckle images, is a growing area of interest in the biomedical community. Here, I discuss recent work designed to translate laser speckle imaging concepts from the laboratory to the clinic, and a new spatial frequency-domain approach designed to improve the quantitative accuracy of laser speckle imaging.
