Inkjet-Fabricated SERS-Active Swab-Dipstick

Abstract

We demonstrate detection of 250 attomoles of Rhodamine 6G using an inkjet-fabricated SERS-active paper-based surface swab-dipstick. The fabrication simplicity and ease of use of this device is unprecedented for SERS-based analytics.
