Distributed Feedback Interband Cascade Laser at 3550 nm for Formaldehyde Measurements

Abstract

Distributed feedback Interband Cascade Laser devices operating around 3.55 μm for formaldehyde sensing are presented. Continuous wave operation up to 50°C with tuning ranges above 20 nm, covering several absorption features of formaldehyde, was achieved.
