Generalised SCIDAR Normalisation and Inversion

Abstract

Whole atmospheric turbulence profiles can be determined remotely by inverting generalised SCIDAR scintillation covariances. Here we outline and demonstrate a new method for normalising and inverting generalised SCIDAR scintillation covariances, that incorporates the associated problem geometry.
