Hysteresis-free flexible perovskite solar cells with evaporated organic electron transport layers

Abstract

Efficient flexible perovskite solar cells are proposed with TiO2 replaced with evaporated small molecular organic electron transport layers. With the low process temperature, the proposed flexible cells exhibit power conversion efficiency as high as 12% with no hysteresis problem.
