Abstract
Solution-processed hybrid organic–inorganic halide perovskites are crystalline semiconductors with exceptional optoelectronic properties. Here, we utilize a structure of ITO/polyethyleneimine modified ZnO/organometal halide perovskite/poly(9,9-dioctyl-fluorene-co-N-(4-butylphenyl)diphenylamine)/MoOx/Au for highly efficient electroluminescence.
