Experimental determination of the absorption and scattering properties of YAG:Ce phosphor

Abstract

Absorption and scattering properties of a YAG:Ce phosphor imbedded in silicone oil were derived using a modified inverse adding-doubling method. The Two Term Henyey Greenstein phase function offered the best description of the scattering behavior.
