Using on-Chip Feedback to Stabilize the Emission of Micro Ring Laser in the Presence of Reflections

Abstract

We propose to integrate a feedback section on-chip with micro ring laser to stabilize the emission of micro ring laser in the presence of reflections. The results show that feedback can decrease the undesired effects of the reflections.
