High-fidelity state preparation and measurement (SPAM) in a 3D neutral atom quantum computer

Abstract

We will report on our high-fidelity state preparation and measurement (SPAM) of neutral atom qubits in a 3D architecture. Using state-dependent lattices, we perform atom sorting, efficient (>97%) vibrational cooling and lossless state detection.
