Quantitative Imaging with Dual-energy CT

Abstract

Quantitative accuracy is an important performance parameter for x-ray computed tomography. In this paper, we present analyses and results of the accuracy improvement with fast-kVp switching dual-energy CT. Phantom and clinical investigations have shown significant improvements in quantitation.
