Quantum dynamics of a few-photon microwave parametric oscillator

Abstract

We investigate quantum dynamics of a nonlinear superconducting parametric oscillator. We modulate a resonators inductance to generate oscillation with only a 1-5 photons present. We perform tomography on the nonclassical states generated.
