Single-photon efficiencies into the fundamental TM mode of a silicon waveguide in the near infrared spectrum

Abstract

The development of efficient single-photon sources based on quantum emitters requires the enhancement and effective collection of its radiation. Here, we present some configurations for an efficient coupling between quantum-emitters and photonic modes supported by an integrated plasmonic-photonic structure.
