Enhanced phase resolution with indistinguishable weak coherent states

Abstract

Indistinguishable weak coherent states from two independent faint laser sources are used for achieving enhanced phase-resolution. The post-selected two-photon states exhibit N00N-like properties and we observe doubled density interference fringes pattern with coincidence counts.
