Fano Resonances in Double-overlapped Annular Holes/Nanorings

Abstract

We theoretically and experimentally investigate the Fano resonances in two complementary nanostructures, double-overlapped annular holes and double-overlapped nanorings. The underlying physics and tunability of the Fano resonances are demonstrated.
