Polarization Based Plasmonic Splitter and Focusing Device

Abstract

A plasmonic “pin cushion” structure capable of splitting and focusing SPs depending on the illumination’s polarization is demonstrated. It can serves as a plasmonic beam splitter, plasmonic lens and a plasmonic quadrant detector.
