Electrostatic tuning of optomechanical cavities to semiconductor quantum dots

Abstract

The integration of optomechanically coupled photonic crystal cavities to indium arsenide quantum dots is studied experimentally and theoretically. Electrostatic tuning results for one- and two-dimensional photonic crystals are presented.
