XUV femtosecond pulse width characterization with a laser-based terahertz-field-driven streak camera

Abstract

We have developed a light-field-driven XUV streak camera which relies on a terahertz field generated by optical rectification. With its time resolution in the femtosecond range, it bridges the gap between conventional and attosecond streak cameras.
