Transition from Amplified Spontaneous Emission to Superfluorescence from Biexcitons in Semiconductor Quantum Dots

Abstract

A transition from amplified spontaneous emission to superfluorescnece from biexcitons in semiconductor quantum dots was observed with increasing the excitation density under resonant two-photon excitation of the biexcitons.
