Solution-processed 3D Chalcogenide Glass Waveguides

Abstract

We use solution-based micro-molding in capillaries and micro-transfer molding methods to fabricate and characterize integrated chalcogenide glass waveguides on non-planar, such as curved or stepped, surfaces for communication or sensing applications.
