Coherent Spectroscopy of Single GaAs Quantum Dots

Abstract

We report on Rabi oscillations in the ground state exciton transition of a single GaAs/AlGaAs quantum dot measured by a reflective, ultrafast pump-probe technique using only far field microscopic techniques.
