Near-Band-Edge Resonant Excitation of Coherent Phonons in Carbon Nanotubes

Abstract

In contrast to the previously-studied coherent phonons excited through high-energy (E22) transitions, the redial breathing modes show comparable intensities between ν = +1 and −1 nanotubes.
