Nonequilibrium Quantum Dynamics in Optomechanical Systems

Abstract

We discuss the dynamics of optical modes coupled to vibrating nanostructures. Examples include the shuttling of photons in a cavity containing a vibrating membrane, and a single atom coupled to a membrane via the cavity.
