Abstract

We demonstrate conditional exciton-biexciton Rabi rotations in a single self-assembled InGaAs quantum dot using picosecond optical excitation and photocurrent readout, thereby implementing a two-qubit controlled-rotation (C-rot) quantum logic gate.
