Monomorph large aperture adaptive optics for high peak-power femtosecond lasers

Abstract

Novel architecture of deformable mirror is presented. The monomorph mirror presents the advantage of avoiding high-spatial frequency on the residual wavefront enabling propagation without energy modulation. The residual wavefront at rest is 3.4 nm rms.
