Simultaneous Generation of Two Pairs of Entangled Photons in Periodically Poled Lithium Niobate Crystals

Abstract

We propose that two pairs of entangled photons will be generated simultaneously through spontaneous parametric down-conversion pumped by a monochromatic light only in periodically poled lithium niobate crystals without more complex crystal structures.
