Abstract

Spontaneous emission dynamics of two dipole-coupled quantum dots in a photonic crystal nanocavity are theoretically investigated. Strong exciton-cavity coupling and dipole-dipole interactions are self-consistently incorporated and are shown to result in substantial qubit entanglement.
