Controlled spatial and spectral coupling of single InAs excitons to photonic crystal nanocavity modes

Abstract

We demonstrate a method to deterministically couple single InAs quantum dots to photonic crystal nanocavities based on high resolution active positioning and the ability to tune the mode through the ensemble quantum dot spectrum.
