100 µJ generation using a narrow linewidth Er+3-Yb+3 doped fiber MOPA and its modeling

Abstract

We report on a narrow linewidth 100µJ source based on 330W peak power Er3+/Yb3+ fiber MOPA. Modeling including SBS and gain dynamic helps to optimize the amplifier architecture composed of fibers with different Brillouin shifts.
