Abstract

Coherent, spectral and intensity noise of a CW-pumped broadband Raman-continuum light source is determined for functional, ultrahigh resolution OCT. First application results to functional ultrahigh-resolution (3.5µm) OCT for probing of retinal physiology are presented.
