Nanoplasmonic approach to strongly anisotropic optical materials

Abstract

We present several nanoplasmonic composites, having strong anisotropy of dielectric constant at optical frequencies, and develop the corresponding theory. The proposed applications include low-loss optical negative-n materials, filters, and polarizers.
