Experimental Implementation of Hardy’s Paradox

Abstract

Hardy's Paradox, previously unamenable to direct experimental test, brings to light some of the striking difficulties in the interpretation of indirect quantum measurements. Using a newly developed 'photon switch,' we implement this proposal.
