Raman Coherence Beats from the Entangled Exciton Zeeman Doublet in a Single Quantum Dot

Abstract

The entangled state involving an exciton Zeeman doublet with large entanglement entropy was created using ∼ π/2 pulses in single GaAs quantum dots. The non-radiative Raman coherence time was determined from quantum beats measured in homodyne detected differential transmission.
