Abstract

Driven rotor is a standard model for many studies on complicated classical and quantum dynamics. Recently one can witness a renewed interest to the problem because of atom optics realization of the quantum 8-kicked rotor,1 and novel experiments on interaction of strong laser radiation with diatomic and polyatomic molecules.2-5
