Abstract

Differential absorption spectra of high-quality InGaAs quantum wells are measured for various pump intensities. Χ(3)- and χ(5)-contributions are identified. Microscopic calculations, that include higher-order correlations up to the 5th order in the optical field, describe the experimental observations.
