Abstract

Depending on pump power, laser action tan be achieved either simultaneously at two different wavelengths or at only one wavelength in a coupled microcavity laser.1 We report on the transient dual-wavelength emission from a coupled semiconductor microcavtty laser after femtosecond optical excitation.
