Third Order Nonlinear Optical Responses of Exciton-Microcavity Coupled System

Abstract

Nonlinear responses of excitons in a GaAs single quantum well in a microcavity are examined with single pump phase conjugation geometry in spectral and temporal domain. Strong enhancement at the “bare exciton” resonance is observed.
