Microcavity characteristics associated with a single liquid droplet

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

The spontaneous and stimulated spectra are altered by the droplet's morphology. Characteristics of droplet microcavities are presented, e.g., radiation lifetime, Q, distributions of internal and emitted fields, phase velocities, and nonlinear wave equations.
