Abstract

Time-resolved techniques have only recently been applied to the problem of the time dependence of tunneling in semiconductor quantum well (QW) structures.1-3 We present the results of a study of time-dependent tunneling using the technique of time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy on two types of tunneling structure.
