Abstract

Radiative effects are becoming increasingly important in high speed electronic and optoelectronic devices operating within the picosecond and femtosecond regimes.1-3 A better understanding of these effects requires development of new measurement and analysis techniques capable of characterizing radiation mechanisms well into the terahertz regime.
