Characterization of Supercontinuum in Dispersion Engineered Silicon Nanowire

Abstract

Employing full-vectorial FEM, efficient SC of 600 nm bandwidth at pump power 50 W is generated in dispersion engineered Si-nanowire. Effects of propagation loss, TPA, FCA and geometrical parameters of the nanowire are also addressed.
