Controlled generation of tunable vortex beams in an optical parametric oscillator

Abstract

We report on first experimental demonstration of controlled transfer of optical vortex pump beam among the generated signal/idler beams of an optical parametric oscillator, tunable across the 946-1200 nm wavelength range.
