Temperature Dependent Photoluminescence of Quantum Dots

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Cadmium selenide quantum dots exhibit temperature-dependent photoluminescence spectrum and lifetimE.We present a theoretical model (master equation formalism) that accounts for exciton-phonon interactions and explains the observed behavior.
