Stokes Vector Based Self Coherent Detection for Power Efficient Optical Interconnect

Abstract

Stokes Vector based Self Coherent Detection technique is proposed where signal and carrier are separated by Stokes Vector correction of the received signal. QPSK signal reception with 36 dB carrier separation gives 24.4% EVM.
