Slow-Light Generation Based on Stimulated Brillouin Scattering in Single-Mode Er-Doped Tellurite Photonic Crystal Fibers

Abstract

We report theoretical study of single-mode Er-doped tellurite PCF for generation of slow-light with tunable features based on stimulated Brillouin scattering. We obtained time-delay of 145 ns at pump power of 516mW in 2m Er-doped tellurite PCF.
