Temperature-Insensitive Extremely Flat Dispersion in Highly-Nonlinear Si-Organic Hybrid Slot Waveguides

Abstract

Thermally stable four zero-dispersion wavelengths with ultra-flat dispersion profile in highly-nonlinear Si-organic-hybrid slot-waveguides are reported. Such structures will be highly suitable for wavelength conversion and frequency comb generation.
