Plasmon-exciton coupling in hollow gold nanoprisms −J-aggregate hybrids

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

The interaction between hollow gold nanoprisms and J-aggregates of cyanine dyes as a function of plasmon-exciton detuning has been investigated. Anticrossing behavior of hybridized plexcitonic states suggests a strong plasmon-exciton coupling.
